The health and wellbeing of our guests and krewe is our priority. As hosts in your ongoing or upcoming travels, we wanted to take a moment to share with you the steps we are taking to keep our properties safe in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

  1. All of our spaces have a keyless entry which limits personal interaction during your stay.

  3. Our COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol: Please be assured that we are committed to cleanliness for the safety of our guests and employees. We have taken every precaution to properly sanitize your place for your arrival. Our cleaning team uses recognized hospital-grade disinfectant cleaning products that have been registered and recognized for their efficacy in killing viruses, including COVID-19. Additionally, our laundry uses commercial processes that safely and effectively sanitize our linens.
     
    In addition to our cleaning disinfectant products, we are using ultraviolet light technology to sanitize your beds, bathroom, sofa, bathtub/Shower, and more. UV light Kills 99% of Germs, Viruses & Bacteria.

  5. We’re asking all of the hospitality of NOLA krewe members to frequently wash their hands and to stay home if they feel ill.

  7. We are also extending a 20% discount to anyone who stays longer than 7+ days in any of our vacation or corporate rentals. Our New Orleans serviced condos have everything you need to make you feel like home.

We continue to stay committed to the safety of our guests by closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and local authorities.
 
Updated Cancellation Policy:
Guests can transfer their bookings to a future date and will receive an equal value to the reservation, which can be rebooked for any time during the next 12 months.

If you booked through a third party, such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com or Airbnb.com, you must make changes through them, according to their policies.
